My passion is helping people thrive. Everywhere I have worked, I’ve been engaged in helping people improve their lives–helping them get from where they are to where they want to be.
After earning a Master’s degree in clinical psychology in 1991, I pursued a career as a professional counselor but quickly found myself promoted into leadership positions. I served as the Clinical Coordinator of several mental health programs and later as Administrative Director of a countywide mental health facility.
In 2001, I took an entrepreneurial leap into real estate and spent eight years as an agent at the West Office before taking over as Branch Manager in 2009. That prior experience as a counselor and administrator has proven to be excellent preparation for my current roles as a coach and manager.
